The Australian Giant Pumpkin & Vegetable Society Inc

The Australian Giant Pumpkin & Vegetable Society Inc is a non-profit group of giant pumpkin and giant vegetable enthusiaists wishing to promote the growing of giant pumpkins and vegetables throughout Australia and beyond.

Annually, the AGPVS holds Nationally the Australasian Giant Pumpkin & Vegetable Competition, to find Australia's heaviest pumpkin. This is the only truly National Competition, and is recognised throughout the World by other growers giant pumpkin groups as an Australian identify in the giant pumpkin world.

The AGPVS also keeps a register of AGPVS, State, Australian, Southern Hemisphere vegetable records, and passes all information to the Guinness Book of Records, which it considers worthy of their recognition.

Anyone is eligible to join the AGPVS, and anyone is eligible to enter our Competition.
